Initial meeting and consultation
Discussion of birth preferences, help finding a provider, and advice on choosing a birth setting.
2 Prenatal meetings
Unlimited text, phone, and email support throughout your pregnancy from 8am-5pm
24 hour On call availability from 36 weeks
Continuous labor and birth support
2 Postpartum visits

An initial meeting will be conducted via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime
On call support beginning at week 35
Prenatal planning session for birthing person and their support person to discuss their birth preferences, rights, options, pain management, and labor positions.
Unlimited question and answer session
Virtual support during labor to ask questions, offer support and encouragement, and to make sure that you understand your options. This support will begin as soon as you go into labor and continue until you have given birth.
2 Postpartum support sessions in which we discuss your birth, talk about your health, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
